The Emerging Engineers Leadership Program supports the development rising young engineering talent.
Focusing on engineers with three - six years' experience, our program bridges the gap between graduate capability and the Chartered credential.
This is a crucial stage of development for engineers. You now possess the technical and business acumen to make valuable contributions to an organisation and you're on the way to becoming the future leaders on an engineering team.
Topics and learning outcomes have been carefully curated to develop the skills, knowledge, and aptitude this cohort needs to move to the next career stage, and become competent, independent, and collaborative professionals.
We've also aligned the content to the underpinning knowledge required for Engineers Australia's Chartered status.
